On Healthy Hiatus

It has been far to long my friend,

After suffering from a camera and pc crash in the middle of September, I found myself not able to post for lack of proper equipment. Yes, it has taken nearly five months to replace the casualties from the equipment crash. :( All I can say is "I am back and ready to start blogging again".

Count this as my official "BLOG COMEBACK"! I am back and back with a vengence! I am going to kick the semi un-healthy habits in the tush...
